What is a learning path?

A learning path is created based on the Professional Types and is a selection of courses tied together for participants, to progress through, mastering building blocks of skills before they move on to the next. The sequence is important to keep participants on track, engaged with content, and focused on the goal.
Each one of these learning paths represents the core competencies necessary per Professional Type to perform their daily work assignments. As roles change, these learning paths provide flexibility to allow professionals to be assigned additional courses.
